Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission, UPSSSC has released a list of candidates along with the application number to re-upload the photograph and signature for UPSSSC JE 2018 recruitment. A total of 2133 candidates’ name has been published by the UPSSSC on its website.
The candidates have the last chance to modify their UPSSSC JE application form by 27th December 2021. Step to Re-upload Signature & Photo for UPPPSC JE 2021 Exam
If you find your name in the objection list, then make sure you fill the required details such as image or signature through the following steps, else you won’t be allowed for further processing:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSSSC.
Step 2: Click on the objection list of candidates’ notifications.
Step 3: Now, click over the see objection list. A list of candidates with registration number, name, father name, and objection type will appear below.
Step 4: After this, click on the registration number. A new window will open.
Step 5: Fill out the details like date of birth, gender, verification code and click on the submit button.
Step 6: Lastly, follow the further processes as instructed.
Guidelines for Scanning Photograph & Signature for UPSSSC JE
1. Paste your passport size Photo on any white paper. Sign in the Signature Space provided below the photo. Ensure signature is within the box.
2. Scan the containing photograph and signature. Do not scan the complete page.
3. The image dimension (5 cm width, 6 cm height) and sign dimension (6 cm width, 3 cm height) is required to be scanned and stored in .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg format.
4. Ensure that the file size of the scanned photo image is not more than 50KB and the sign is not more than 30KB.
5. If the size of the file is more than 30 KB, then adjust the settings such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours, etc., while scanning.
6. The applicant has to sign in the box provided. Since the signature is proof of identity, it must be genuine and complete, initials are not sufficient. The signature should not be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
7. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
8. The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. If the Applicant’s signature on the answer script, does not match the signature on the Hall Ticket, the applicant will be disqualified.
