UPRVUNL JE Document Verification Date 2021-22 Announced: The Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) has released the document verification (DV) date for Junior Engineer trainee recruitment. Candidates who have qualified UPRVUNL JE in the CBT have been called for document verification. The direct link to download the UPRVUNL JE Document Verification call letter will be provided to the candidates once released by the officials.
UPRVUNL is releasing the UPRVUNL JE DV 2021 schedule on their official website with the name and roll number of the candidate, DV date, and time. UPRVUNL Junior Engineer DV: Documents Required
Here is a list of documents needed to be carried for the UPRVUNL JE DV process. You must make sure that you carry all the original documents as well as a photocopy of the same for UPRVUNL JE DV 2021.
- Matriculation Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Degree or Diploma certificate along with all the year-wise mark sheets.
- Caste certificate in case of candidate belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or Physically Handicapped (if required)
- Complete Discharge Book in support of your claim of belonging to Ex-Serviceman Category
- No Objection Certificate, if employed in Government/ Government undertakings.
- Photo Identity Card in original like Voter Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, etc.
- A candidate who claims change in name after matriculation or marriage or remarriage or divorce, etc. then proper documents will be needed
Guidelines to be followed by Candidates during UPRVUNL JE DV
- Candidates are required to carry Hand Sanitizers with them and sanitize their hands frequently during the entire DV Process.
- Basic screening of temperature will be carried out for all candidates at the entry point.
- Candidates have to wear masks before entering the premises. Throughout the UPRVUNL JE DV Process candidates have to wear their face masks until or unless not asked to remove face masks.
- Entry of persons accompanying the candidates will be restricted in the premises.
- With a view to ensuring safety, it is mandatory for all the candidates to download & install the ‘Aarogya Setu App’ on their mobile phones to be shown at the entrance.
- Candidates should proactively disclose their health status if he/she is having fever, cough, sore throat, influenza symptoms, etc. Candidates have to fill in their details (travel history, medical condition, etc.) along with a self-declaration form that furnishes their health status in terms of instructions of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare or in terms of status available on the Aarogya Setu App at the Reception.
- Candidates who got affected by COVID-19 before the date of Document Verification should disclose the details and also bring proper medical certificates of fitness in support.
- Candidates who have underlying conditions (pregnant women, comorbid conditions, chronic ailments, etc.) are advised to take extra precautions while attending Document Verification.
- Maintaining a social distance of 2 meters. between candidates will be mandatory. Candidates should follow Social distancing norms throughout the UPRVUNL JE Document Verification process.
- Besides, any other guidelines issued by Central or State Govt. Authorities as a preventive measure to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
