UPCL AE Recruitment 2021 Notification Out! Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited ( UPCL) has released a recruitment notification for various posts including Assistant Engineer, Personnel Officer, Accounts Officer, Law Officer & Senior Industrial Engineer. This recruitment will be conducted for a total of 105 vacancies of the various post, out of which 79 posts are there for Assistant Engineer (Mechanical, Civil and Electrical). The interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the recruitment on or before April 16, 2021 (Mid Night).

UPCL AE Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: Thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script is a must for eligibility.
a) For Assistant Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical Trainee) :
- Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree (in Electrical, Power Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Power System Engineering )
- Those engineering branches which have the word Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics from a recognized Institution
- or should have completed AMIE-Sections (A & B Exams.)
b) For Assistant Engineer (Civil) :
- Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil
- or Those Engineering Branches which have the word Civil
- or should have completed AMIE – Sections (A & B Exam.)
c) For Law Officer:
- Applicant must be a graduate in law from a recognized University with 5 years of experience.
d) For Personnel Officer:
- Applicant must have a Post Graduate ( or equivalent in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Business Management) with specialization in Personnel Management from a recognized Institute or repute with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
e) For Senior Industrial Engineer:
- Candidate should be post-graduate in engineering or equivalent in Industrial Engineering
- with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Selection Procedure for Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Trainee)
- Based on the objective written test of 3-hour duration (in the concerned subject) followed by Interview.
- The written test will consist of two parts
- I part: 50 questions of General Awareness, Aptitude and Reasoning etc.
- II part: 126 questions of respective discipline.
- Final selection on the merit list written exam (88%) and Interview (12%)
UPCL AE Recruitment 2021: Submission of form
