NHPC JE Recruitment: Overview

The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited has announced recruitment for several posts such as JE, Draftsman, Supervisor, and Hindi Translator. A total of 298 vacancies have been announced for JE posts amongst which 149 vacancies are for Civil, 74 for Electrical, and 63 for Mechanical posts.

NHPC JE Recruitment 2023: Important Dates

The NHPC JE Recruitment 2023 application will start on the 9th of June 2023. Candidates willing to apply should complete their application process before the deadline date i.e. 30th of June 2023.

NHPC JE Eligibility Criteria 2023

The NHPC JE eligibility criteria have been elaborated on in the upcoming sections. Candidates aspiring to apply should ensure that they have the basic eligibility especially educational qualifications and age limit. Without the eligibility criteria application will be summarily get rejected.

NHPC JE Educational Qualification

An applicant must have:

• Full-time diploma in the concerned engineering discipline from a recognized university or institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.

Note:

• Higher technical qualification like B.Tech/B.E. without the essential qualification i.e. full-time regular Diploma is not eligible/ allowed.

NHPC JE Age limit

• Maximum Age (as of 30.06.2023)- 30 years
• Age relaxation is applicable to those who belong to the reserved categories.

NHPC JE Selection Process 2023

After completing the online application process of NHPC, the candidate will be called upon for Computer Based Online Test. Depending on the suitability of the Online Test the selected Aspirant will be offered an “Offer of Appointment”. 

NHPC JE Exam Centre 2023

The Computer Based Test/Online Test will Take place in 18 Cities* as mentioned in the application form while filling out the form.
