Strategy to Prepare for UPPSC AE Exam in 2 months

• During this crucial time, candidates have a better understanding of their strengths and weakness. Topic in which you are confident then practice question of those topics & for weaker area candidate should learn and practice and complete those topics.
• Never forget to practice easy questions because sometimes easy questions turn out to be difficult to answer in the UPPSC AE exam.
• Try not to start a lot altogether it might end up resulting in zero outcomes. Therefore, always divide into smaller parts even your daily study time. Always make smaller targets & try to achieve within the stipulated time as per the laid schedule.
• Always push your limit while solving mock test papers or previous year question papers on a weekly basis.
• Current affairs and General Knowledge are very easy but still candidates feel uncomfortable while answering questions because they are vast and require a lot of persistent revision. For Current Affairs and GK one needs to keep a small note because this will help in remembering.

Focus on Non-Technical Portion

Candidates do not pay much heed to Non-Technical Subjects like Hindi & General Knowledge. However, these subjects are easy to answer but proved to be difficult for many aspirants appearing in the UPPSC AE exam. Easy subjects are generally not much practiced by the candidates.

• While planning try to include 4 to 5 topics per day from different subjects and practice previous year’s questions of these topics, starting from the most recent questions and try as many questions as possible.

How to Prepare in 2 months for the UPPSC AE Exam?

The UPPSC AE exam is scheduled for 17th April 2022, only two months time is remaining for the UPPSC AE exam. So, we have shared some key preparation strategies below.

During the last 2 months time left, do not start a new topic, but revise the topics you have prepared: Starting a new topic will create confusion and put you into a dilemma, so it is recommended to keep the focus on revising topics you have studied till now.

Refer to shortcut techniques: While solving or practicing numerical problems that are time-consuming try short tricks for such questions. The UPPSC AE exam paper is objective and long therefore try to learn and implement tricks rather than traditional methods. It will give you an edge over the other candidates.

Keep an eye on the current affairs: Revise those current affairs that happened in the past few year, to get more marks in the General Studies paper. This is very important to score more marks on paper 2 of the UPPSC AE exam. 

For remembering definitions, refer to short notes: Always refer to the short notes to learn the important definition, formula, and other important topics. Even during the revision process try to make shorter and shorter notes. Always make your own tricks to memorize the important formula & definition.

Attempt mock tests for UPPSC AE Paper 1 & Paper 2: To check the preparedness of the UPPSC AE exam candidates should enroll in some mock test papers. This mock test paper helps analyze the area of improvement an aspirant should work well ahead of the UPPSC AE exam.
