WBSETCL JE Selection Process 2022: The West Bengal State Electric Transmission Corporation limited (WBSETCL) defines the selection process for the post of WBSETCL Junior Engineer (JE) and Junior Executive post. Having a complete understanding of the WBSETCL JE selection process will help the students in preparing an effective strategy for the exam. The WBSETCL Junior Engineer selection process is a three-stage process as given below:

Stage 1: Written Exam

Stage 2: Personal Interview

Stage 3: Pre Employment Medical Test

The WBSETCL JE online written examination and interview would be conducted in Kolkata itself. Candidates who will qualify for each stage of the WBSETCL JE 2022 recruitment will be able appointed for the given post. WBSETCL Junior Engineer Selection Process for Written Exam

The WBSETCL JE written exam is the first stage of the selection process. Applicants will be permitted to take the Online Test based on the successful submission of the online form.

The WBSETCL JE Written Exam would be conducted online and would comprise 100 questions.

The questions would be of 1 mark each and the total time allotted for the written exam would be 1 Hour 30 Minutes.

WBSETCL JE Selection Process for Personal Interview

Candidates who will clear the WBSETCL JE 2022 written exam by obtaining the cut off would move to the 2nd stage of the selection process which is the personal interview.

The WBSETCL JE interview carries 25 marks.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in each category in a 1:3 ratio based on their performance in the online test.
The interview is qualifying in nature. However, the marks obtained by you will be used to prepare the merit list.
The interview round will be subjective and the duration of it will depend on the members of the interview board.

WBSETCL JE Selection Process for Medical Test

Candidates qualifying for both the WBSETCL JE written examination and the personal interview would have to go through medical verification to check if they are physically and mentally fit for the job. The structure and requirements of this stage of the WBSETCL Junior Engineer Selection process would be according to the company’s policy.
