RSMSSB JE Exam Pattern 2022

RSMSSB JE Exam Pattern 2022 gives you complete clarity about the latest exam trend. This will help you to follow the best strategy keeping in mind the latest and updated exam pattern. RSMSSB JE exam comprises 2 stages, written exam and document verification. 

The RSMSSB JE written exam consists of two parts, Part A and Part B. Part A will check the general knowledge of the candidates. This will particularly focus on the knowledge of the candidates about the state of Rajasthan. Part B will be stream-specific. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of their knowledge in their particular stream which can be either one of civil/mechanical/electrical.

RSMSSB JE Paper Pattern & Marking Scheme 2022

The RSMSSB JE exam shall be a written exam comprising of only objective type of questions. The exam will be held in offline mode.  

  • There shall be 2 (two) parts in the Rajasthan SMSSB Jr. Engg. Examination. 
  • Part A will be on the General Knowledge of Rajasthan.
  • Part B will be of concerned stream i.e. Civil, Mechanical and Electrical.
  • A total of 120 questions will be there in the paper.
  •  Part A will carry 40 questions and Part B will carry 80 questions.
  • Each question will carry 1 mark in the examination.
  • 1/3 marks will be deducted for the wrong answers in the RSMSSB JE exam in both part A and Part B.
  • The minimum qualifying marks will be 40% out of the total marks.
  • The exam duration for RSMSSB JE shall be for 2 Hours.  
  • Candidates need to also score the required cut-off marks. Only those candidates will be selected for the DV process.

RSMSSB Junior Engineer Document Verification (DV)

The candidates who will qualify the RSMSSB Jr. Engg. exam shall be called to appear for the document verification (DV). The candidates will be asked to carry the original documents to verify their eligibility to join the service.
