HPCL Exam Analysis 2022: Check Review, Difficulty Level, Questions, Good Attempts

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a Maharatna PSU that conducted the HPCL exam on 11th and 12th August 2021. Candidates from different engineering backgrounds appeared for the exam. The computer-based exam was conducted for a total of 200 vacancies. The exam was conducted in the online mode for all the eligible candidates who managed to successfully submit the application form.

Candidates who appeared for the HPCL exam would be curious to know about the qualifying mark for the HPCL exam 2021. To have an idea about the qualifying marks, candidates can have a look at the table below:

• There is no negative marking.
• English part on the easier side
• Aptitudes are time taking
• Questions from Civil Engg are both Theoretical & numerical but theoretical on a higher side
• Some questions from ESE Previous year

• The Paper was Easy to moderate but the Quant portion was tough and Time-Consuming.
• Most of the Questions from the Technical portion were Direct Formula Based and theoretical.
• The Paper had No Negative Marking so maximum candidates have attempted all questions, but some candidates could not solve the quant portion as it was tough and time-consuming.
• The reasoning portion was Easy.
