What is MAT Exam Full Form?
The MAT Exam Full Form is Management Aptitude Test. It is a national-level MBA Entrance Exam, conducted by AIMA, 4 times in a year: February, May, September and December. MAT Exam provides an opportunity to study MBA or PGDM in different specializations in the Top MBA Colleges in India. AIMA authority has set 3 exam modes for this exam, which include PBT, CBT & IBT and the candidates can choose the exam mode at their convenience.
There are 5 sections in MAT, including Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, Language Comprehension, Mathematics (Quantitative Aptitude) and Indian & Global Environment. The total exam duration is 2:30 hours in which the candidates have to answer 200 questions in all.

Eligibility of MAT
There are several parameters in MAT Eligibility that the candidates must check before applying for the exam. As per the official updates, the candidates must be graduated in any stream from a recognised university to be eligible for this exam.
- Candidates with any professional degree like CS and CA are also eligible to fill out MAT Application Form.
- The final-year students are also eligible for MAT, but they need to submit proof of their last qualifications before the academic session starts.
- Age is not a bar to appear in this exam.
Structure of MAT
The official MAT Exam Pattern is similar for all the exam modes. The exam conducting authority has designed the test structure to assess the General Aptitude skills of candidates. This test consists of 200 questions in all and the Total exam duration is 150 minutes. There is no sectional time, so, the students can manage their time at their convenience. The MAT Exam is divided into five sections
