Who Can Give SET Law Exam 2022?

SLAT 2022 Eligibility criteria is prescribed by the exam conducting body which is Symbiosis International University (SIU). Each year SIU conducts the Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test (SLAT) for admission into BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes. SLAT eligibility criteria for 2022 is released on www.set-test.org. In order to apply for the SLAT 2022 exam, you must fulfil the eligibility criteria set for SET Law exam such as educational qualification and age limit to apply and appear for SLAT Exam 2022.

SLAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for SLAT 2022 have been provided by Symbiosis International University (SIU) at set-test.org. The SLAT eligibility criteria 2022 are described in terms of educational requirements, age, and other factors. Through SLAT, SIU's member law institutes provide BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes. Class 12th is the minimal educational requirement for the  Symbiosis UG law programme. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be removed from the SLAT selection process.

SLAT Eligibility criteria cater to fulfilling the following three most important benchmarks for admission into the Symbiosis law schools.

SLAT Educational qualification

  • You must have passed 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • If you are in Class 12th or are awaiting the results, then also you are eligible to take the SLAT 2022 exam. However, you will have to produce your certificated or mark sheets at the time of counselling.
  • Candidates who have studied from Science/Arts/Commerce in class 12th can apply for SLAT 2022 exam

SET Law Minimum Marks Requirement

You should have obtained the following marks in the Class 12th board examination as per your category.

Who cannot apply for SLAT 2022?

The following candidates are not eligible to apply for SLAT 2022 exam for admission into B.A. LL.B (Hons.) programme.

  1. Those with a compartment or who have previously appeared for the compartment exam are not eligible to apply for SLAT 2022.
  2. You should have cleared the 12th board exam in the first attempt or single attempt itself.
  3. Those who have completed their Class 12th from distance learning or open schools are ineligible to apply for SLAT 2022.

SLAT Reservation Policy 2022

Symbiosis Law Aptitude Test offers around 900 seats for BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes. SLAT offers a reservation policy to the candidates as per their categories and as per the college. To avail the reservation policy benefits, you have to provide your category during the SLAT registration process and provide proof of the reservation that you have availed at the time of admission.
