ICAR SRF Age Limit 2023

The general category candidates must not exceed the age of 30 years on the examination date. There is an age relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for the SC/ ST and PH category candidates. For OBC candidates, the relaxation is 3 years only. For candidates who are in service in 2 Agriculture Universities (AU), the upper age limit is 45 years.

ICAR SRF Qualification

The candidate applying for the exam should have completed their postgraduate degree with a minimum OGPA from any university affiliated with ICAR.

  • The candidates should have passed the Master's Degree program from any public-funded/Govt institution with a minimum Overall Grade Point Average (OGPA).

  • The applying candidates who have graduated from private universities which are not affiliated with ICAR will not be considered eligible under ICAR JRF Eligibility. However, the students from private universities affiliated with ICAR will be considered suitable.
  • The candidate must have all the degrees required at the time of Counseling and admission to the university.
  • If the candidate fails to fulfill any criteria mentioned above, they will not be considered for admission.

ICAR JRF Nationality
