MH CET Law Selection Process 2022

The candidates who will clear MH CET Cut Off 2022 will get a call to attend the final selection process. Given below are the details related to the MH CET Law Selection Process 2022.

MH CET Law Written Exam

Candidates need to clear the written exam first. After that, one who clears the written test has to go through another 3 counselling rounds of the MH CET Law Centralized Admission Process(CAP) as applicable.

MH CET Law Centralized Admission Process - CAP Rounds

There are three rounds of the Centralized Admission Process. The information about each round is provided below:

MH CET Law CAP Round 1

  • The names mentioned in the CAP's final merit list are applicable for this round. They should fill in the online selection form.
  • The college and seat allotment should be accepted by candidates whose first preference is given to them in CAP I. The seat of these candidates will be immediately jammed, and you will not be a part of further CAP rounds. Know more about MH CET Law Answer Key.
  • You need to go to the ARC with the candidate's login for document verification and give the fees.
  • To finish the admission formalities, you should go to the assigned college.
  • Candidates who got the colleges and are satisfied and do not want to participate in the following rounds can freeze their seats.
  • Candidates who are provided with colleges other than their first choice and want to choose for an up-gradation of seats will have to take part in further CAP rounds. Get MH CET Law Preparation and be prepared accordingly.

MH CET Law CAP Round 2

  • This round is for the candidates who have allocated seats other than the primary choice in round I and are looking for their preferred university. After that, no such option will be provided after that. 

MH CET Law CAP Round 3

If we have some vacant seats dropped in Round I and Round II, Round III will occur. The report of vacant seats is declared online on the MH CET Law exam official website. Document Verification for the MH CET Law 2022

At the document verification level, the candidate needs to go to the Admission Reporting Center (ARC) through candidate login and provide the seat acceptance fees. After that, the following documents will be required to be submitted for document verification.

FAQs on MH CET Law (5 yr BA. LLB) Exam Pattern

  • MH CET Law Exam Pattern for 5 years LLB consists of five sections such as Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, General Knowledge of current affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, English, and Mathematical Aptitude. The total marks assigned for Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning is 40 marks, General Knowledge with Current Affairs is 30 marks, Logical and Analytical Reasoning is 40 marks, English is 30 marks and Mathematics Aptitude is 10 marks. The number of questions will be equal to total number of marks. 

  • The MH CET Law Exam mode is online or a computer-based examination. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes. The maximum mark for the MH CET Law examination is 150 marks. 

  • No, there is no MH CET Law Negative Marking. For every correct answer, you will get 1 mark. Therefore candidates should not worry about attempting the questions and must strive to answer all the questions as it will improve their chances to score better. 

  • As per the MH CET Law Marking Scheme, there is no negative marking. For every correct answer, you will get 1 mark. It consists of the Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning of 40 marks, General Knowledge with Current Affairs of 30 marks, Logical and Analytical Reasoning of 40 marks, English of 30 marks, and Mathematics Aptitude of 10 marks.   • The MH CET Law Total Marks are 150 for 150 MCQs. As per the exam pattern, all the questions will carry 1 mark; however, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
