ISRO 'SC' Exam EC 2016- Analysis of Examination

ISRO Scientist/Engineer 'SC' Exam 2016 for Electronics and Communication Engineering was conducted on 3rd July 2016 in the first slot. Through this post we will be covering the Weightage Analysis and Overall Analysis of the Exam.

Weightage Analysis of ISRO Computer Science Exam: 

Here we are providing approx number of questions from each subject and marks weightage of that subject

  • Analog Circuits: 9 questions (27 marks)
  • Communications: 11 questions (33 marks)
  • Electro Magnetic Theory: 9 questions (27 marks)
  • Antenna- 7
  • Engineering Mathematics: 7 questions (21 marks)
  • Network: 8 questions (24 marks)
  • Electronic Devices and Circuits: 7  questions (21 marks)
  • Digital Circuits: 10 questions (30 marks)
  • Control Systems- 8 questions (24 marks)

Overall Analysis of Exam:

  • Expected cutoff  will be around 100-105 Marks .
  • Paper difficulty level is moderate but still easy as compared to last year.
  • Exam had both numerical and theoretical questions,
  • Numericals were lengthy comprising of log and square  roots which made it difficult to solve without calculators

ISRO will be providing official answer keys in coming days, so candidates should wait for it and should not get dishearten if answers do not match according to any institutes respective answer key.
