The LIC AE AAO Specialist Interview 2020 is the third step in the LIC AE AAO selection process. The LIC AE AAO Specialist Exams are held by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) - the most prestigious insurance company in the country. LIC AE AAO recruitment is conducted in order to offer job opportunities for selected candidates in the insurance field.
The LIC AE AAO Specialist exam is a national level exam which allows candidates from all over the country an equal opportunity to try their luck in making it to the insurance sector. The exam is basically a four-step process. First comes the LIC AE AAO Preliminary Exams which are then followed by the LIC AE AAO Mains Exams and finally the LIC AE AAO Interview Process 2020 for the qualified candidates. After the LIC AE AAO Prelims exams, only the qualifying students are allowed to take up the LIC AE AAO Mains Exams. Candidates who successfully obtain the minimum sectional cut off score and the minimum overall cut off score will then be called for the LIC AE AAO Specialist Interview Process 2020. The number of people being called for the Interview will generally be three times the total number of vacancies announced or available. This makes the competition high, and the selection process extremely tricky.
The Interview is conducted for a total of 60 marks irrespective of the category the qualifying candidate belongs to. However, the minimum marks that need to be obtained by the candidates in order to qualify in the Interview differ for various categories. This is the final phase of the LIC AE AAO Selection Process 2020. The list of the candidates called for the LIC AE AAO Pre-Recruitment Medical Test 2020 is prepared by combining the scores obtained by the candidates in the LIC AE AAO Mains 2020 exam and the LIC AE AAO Interview 2020. Finally, those who qualify as medically fit will be awarded the opportunity to work with the insurance company.

If the interviewer asks you to introduce yourself, you can start with your name and educational qualification. You can continue by talking about your hobbies and passion. You can conclude your answer by briefly stating your aims and ambitions in life.
When a candidate does not clear the LIC AE AAO Pre- Recruitment Medical Test 2020, then he will not be given an opportunity to work in the company, and his candidature will be cancelled or rejected.
The interview process is conducted to test the temperament of the candidate and check whether he/she is a good fit in the insurance sector. The interview round also assesses the candidate's communication skills, logical thinking, awareness of the environment and confidence level.
No, once the date of the Interview is set and sent through the call letter, the same cannot be changed for the candidate.
Although there is no particular dress code for the Interview, candidates are advised to dress formally with appropriate grooming to give a good impression.
