The Person who Transmits the Message
Communication starts with information being sent from one entity to another. The sender transmits the message to the receiver. The sender encodes the message and translates the message into symbols that represent an idea or a concept. The encoded message carries the hidden information transmitted through the channel or the medium.
The person on the other side of the channel receiving the message is called the receiver. The receiver decodes the message transferred from the sender’s end. There can be multiple receivers involved. After receiving the message, the receiver also has to revert to the message or provide some feedback. Once the receiver confirms the feedback to the sender. The process of communication is complete. Thus, we say that communication is a two-way process.
