Launched in 2020, Mission Karmayogi aims to prepare Indian civil servants for the future by making them more creative, constructive, imaginative, proactive, innovative, progressive, professional, energetic, transparent, and technology-enabled so that they remain intact in Indian culture while they learn from best practices across the world.

Apart from capacity building, deployment, work assignment service, matters like confirmation after the probation period and notification of vacancies, etc. Work Allocation, Work assignment to be eventually done on the iGOT-Karmayogi platform.
