How To calculate score using Kerala Exam Answer Key 2021?

  • Candidates can calculate their score using the answer key released by LBS Centre for Science & Technology: Click here
  • Download the answer key for Kerala SET ( link is given above)
  • Then, check the answer key from your answers.
  • Calculate your scores in Paper-1 and Paper-2
  • Remember that there is no negative marking.

Marking Scheme of Kerala SET Exam

  • In Paper I, There shall be a total of 120 questions for Paper I in which there are  60 questions each for Part A and Part B. Each question shall carry one mark.
  • In Paper-II, There shall be 120 questions carrying 1 mark for each subject-specific in Paper-II but for mathematics & statistics: 80 questions carrying 1.5 marks each.

Test Duration: This test is for 4 hours in total with a break up of 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes for each paper

The questions of both the Papers 

  • The questions are objective in nature
  • Every answer has a single response, from the given four options, though the question can in be match/multiple answer form
  • Tick the most appropriate answer
  • Candidates will have to select and mark their response in the appropriate space provided in the OMR/Answer Sheets
  • Each correct answer has 1 marks and No marks shall be deducted for incorrect answers
  • Remember: choosing/marking more than one answer shall be an incorrect answer.
  • Each correct response for Mathematics and Statistics is 1.5 marks for the paper

KSET Exam Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification:

  • A Master's Degree in the subjects concerned with not less than 50% marks or equivalent 
  • B.Ed. degree in any discipline or equivalent t.
  • Candidates having a degree through Correspondence/Open Universities which are not recognized are not eligible to appear for the SET.
  • For Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology and those having MSc.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade from Regional Institutes of Education (NCERT) is eligible to apply.
  • For Botany and Zoology, having MSc.Ed Degree in Life Science ( not less than 50% marks) from Regional Institutes of Education are also eligible.
  • There is no upper age limit for KSET  Exam.
