MPPSC Exam Pattern 2022: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission is going to conduct the recruitment drive of 283 new vacancies under various posts of the state forest service department. Candidates who wish to apply for the exam need to start their preparation from right now for which they first need to know the MPPSC Exam Pattern and Syllabus. The selection process of MPPSC comprises 3 stages which are Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. MPPSC Exam Pattern 2022 Overview

In order to understand the MPPSC Prelims and Mains exam pattern, candidates need to understand the selection process of the MPPSC State service exam which comprises of the two examinations stages and one interview round. While the MPPSC Preliminary exam will be an objective paper of qualifying nature, the main examination will be a descriptive paper comprising of 6 different exams. MPPSC Prelims Exam Pattern 2022

Candidates who are applying for the MPPSC exam need to appear in the preliminary exam which is of qualifying nature. Candidates who clear the preliminary exam by scoring more than the MPPSC cutoff will be called for the main examination. The MPPSC preliminary exam consists of two Papers which are:

(b) CSAT

  • There are 2 papers of 2 hours each in MPPSC Prelims exam (General Studies and Aptitude test)

  • NO, there is no negative marking in the MPPSC Prelims exam, hence students are advised to attempt all the questions.

  • Though it depends on the paper but based on previous year papers a candidate must aim for above 75 correct questions.

  • There is NO paper for the optional subjects in MPPSC Mains Exam.

  • The interview exam marks are given out of a total of 175, which are added to the mains exam’s marks to form the final merit list.

  • No, the preliminary exam marks are not added to calculate the final merit for MPPSC exam.
