IBPS RRB PO Prelims Exam 2020: Exam Centre Guidelines

  1. Students are required to wear a mask during the examination. 
  2. Students are allowed to carry a personal transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), gloves & a simple pen inside the exam centre
  3. An aspirant must have installed Arogya-Setu app on their smartphone and the app must show the COVID 19 risk profile of the student.
  4. At the exam centre, the registration of the candidates will be done with photo capture.
  5. In the exam hall, there will be two separate dropbox for the rough sheets and call letters. Students are required to drop these in the designated boxes.

This section was observed difficult this time. No questions on the syllogism were asked. There were total five puzzles out of which three were difficult and two were of moderate level.   • Number of Questions asked: 25
  • Level-moderate to difficult.
  • There was a puzzle on a circular seating arrangement in which 9 people was facing inside and outside the circle. Five questions were asked from this.
  • One puzzle was based on Box. Total of five questions was there. Total of 10 boxes was given.
  • One was scheduling Day-wise puzzle. It also consists of five questions.
  • One uncertain linear based puzzle was there.
  • One floor-based puzzle were asked in which there were four floors and two wings were given.

2. Direction & Distance-3

  • Number of Questions asked: 3
  • Topic level: Easy to moderate
  • questions were asked in the form of a puzzle.

3. Alphabet Based Questions

  • There were 2 questions asked in the exam.
  • One question was of Word forward/backward type and the word asked was 'PRODUCE'.
  • In the other questions, a number was given and you have to perform an operation on the number, i.e., Add 1 to the odd digit and subtract 2 from the even digit. 

4. Inequality

  • There was a total of five questions.

the overall level of IBPS RRB PO shift-3 was moderate. Although the reasoning section was relaxing for the aspirants. There were four sets of puzzles from different topics like square, scheduling and aged based puzzle were asked. One question from word-formation was also observed.

In this shift, the highest number of questions were asked from DI part. Total 18 ques were there, 6 ques each in one set of DI.
