[Re-Exam] IBPS PO Analysis 2021, Shift 1 (6 January): Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has scheduled the IBPS PO Re-exam 2020 on 6th January 2021. On 6th Jan, there are going to be two shifts of the IBPS PO Re-exam 2020. IBPS is conducting IBPS PO Re-exam prelims exam 2021 to provide a chance to all the candidates who were not able to appear in the IBPS PO Prelims exam 2020 held earlier.

IBPS PO Prelims Exam Centre Guidelines

  1. Aspirants are required to wear a mask during the examination. 
  2. Candidates are allowed to carry a personal transparent water bottle, personal hand sanitizer (50 ml), gloves & a simple pen inside the exam center.
  3. An aspirant must have installed Arogya-Setu app on their smartphone and the app must show the COVID 19 risk profile of the student.
  4. At the exam center, the registration of the candidates will be done with photo capture.
  5. In the exam hall, there will be two separate dropbox for the roughs

  2. The reasoning section was scoring.
  3. Quantitative aptitude was a bit calculative.
  4. English section was of easy level.

IBPS PO Prelims Re-Exam English Language Section Review (Easy-Moderate)

This section was easy as compared to the remaining sections. Nothing new was asked.

1. Reading Comprehension 

  • Number of Questions asked: 5
  • Level: easy
  • Theme: Plastic Pollution Report by UN 
  • Word IMPACT was given (Synonym)

2. Cloze Test

  • Number of Questions asked: 7
  • Level of questions: Easy to moderate
  • There was a passage given and there were blanks in which you have to fill the appropriate word.

3. Error Spotting 

  • Number of Questions asked: 5
  • Level of questions: Easy
  • There were four sentences were given in the questions and you have to choose the correct among them. 

4. Sentence Improvement:

  • Number of Questions asked: 5
  • Level of questions: Easy
  • A part of the sentence is given in bold and you have to replace it with the option given in the question to make the sentence grammatically and contextually correct. 

5. Fill in the Blanks

  • Number of Questions asked: 3
  • Level of questions: Easy
  • Single filler questions were asked. 

6. Word Rearrangement:

  • Number of Questions asked: 5
  • Level of questions: Easy
  • In a sentence, there were four words that were bold and you have to rearrange them to make the sentence contextually correct.
