As per recent notification NTA has been declared NCHMCT JEE 2021 result on 10^th September and the counselling has been started on September 13, 2021. The last date for registration and choice locking is 16 September. A total 58 participants institute will offer admission based on aspirants performance in NCHM 2021.

Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE: nchmcounselling.nic.in
Click on ‘NCHM 2021: Registration and Choice Filling’ tab
Click on the tab ‘New Candidate Registration
Choose ‘I Agree’
Enter Roll Number, password, security pin on the screen
Click on the ‘Sign in’ button
Complete NCHMCT JEE choice filling
Click on the ‘Submit’

NCHMCT JEE 2021: Counselling Admit card

The admit card of the entrance exam that was released on August 03, 2021, also needs to be at the time of counselling. If any aspirant does not have to admit card, he/she will not be allowed to attend the counselling process.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Fees 2021

In the counseling round, aspirants need to pay a seat reservation fee amounting to Rs 39, 000. Here, Rs 1,000 is the counselling fee and the remaining (Rs 38,000) is the academic fee for the first semester of the hotel management course.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2021: Important Instructions

The qualified candidates should give a maximum number of options after estimating all the institutes.

In case if the passing qualifying exam i.e. 10+2 or its equivalent is not submitted by the provisionally admitted aspirants at the time of counseling; the latest by the last week of September, then the Institute will reject the aspirant’s admission.
As proof of date of birth, Secondary Education Board/Pre-University certificate will be accepted during the admission procedure. Aspirants failing to produce the certificate will not be considered for the admission process.
Over and above the decided requirements, as much as 5% to 15% intake may be offered to take care of dropouts.
Aspirants need to submit a copy of the attested admit card with his/her signature with the invigilator. Aspirants need to keep their entrance exam admit card safe so that they can produce it during the counseling procedure of NCHMCT JEE 2021.
