It is often said that people are one of the most significant resources but have you ever wondered why are people considered a resource? Although nature mostly offers us various natural resources as bounty, it is the people who find uses for them and make them beneficial. After all, without people and their intervention, none of the resources can be utilised. This is because they add value to them which makes human resource perhaps the most vital resource of all.
