The types of Administrative Tribunals are the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC), Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board (FERAB), Customs and Excise Revenue Appellate Tribunal (CERAT), Election Commission, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Railway Rates Tribunal, and Industrial Tribunal. The administrative tribunals are handled by the rules and principles of the State and Central Governments.

Types of Administrative Tribunals in India
Administrative tribunals are classified into several types. These are primarily authorities outside of the regular court system that analyzes and apply laws in legal cases brought before courts after acts of public administration are challenged.
State Administrative Tribunals and Central Administrative Tribunals are the two types of tribunals. The following are some other types of tribunals.

Functions of Administrative Tribunals
