Sulaiman and Kirthar Hills are located in Pakistan. The Sulaiman Mountains are located in the northern regions of Balochistan and some areas of Punjab. They are an extension of the Hindu Kush mountain system in the north-south. The Kirthar Mountains are located in the Balochistan and Sindh provinces of Pakistan.

The location of Sulaiman and Kirthar hills is in Pakistan. The Suleiman Mountains are located in northern Balochistan and extend into southwest Punjab, the southern Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- They border the Iranian Plateau in the east and the Balochistan Plateau in the northeast.
- Takht-e-Sulaiman is the famous twin peak of these mountains.
- The Kirthar Mountains are spread over Balochistan and Sindh provinces.
- They are also a part of Kirthar National Park.
- It extends from the Mula River in Balochistan to Cape Monje in the Arabian Sea.
- Together with the Suleiman Hills, it forms the Kirthar-Sulaiman geologic province, extending from the northern Arabian Sea coast to the northwest of the Suleiman Mountains.
