Is There Negative Marking in REET 2022? Check REET Exam Marking Scheme

REET has mentioned the following points related to the ‘Level and Nature of Questions’ for REET Exam 2022-

1. In the Child development & pedagogy Section, the question will be asked from educational psychology, children of 11 to 14 years of age, their need, interaction, mental levels, characteristics of good teaching, etc.

2. In Language 1, Questions will be asked to check the proficiency related to the language.

3. In the question paper, questions will be asked to test the general understanding, communication, and comprehension ability of language 2.

4. In the question papers of “Mathematics & Science” and “Social Studies” questions will be asked related to the concept, problem-solving ability, and teaching skills of the subjects.

5. Form Class 6 to 8, 60 questions in equal proportion in the subject “Mathematics and Science” (30 questions of Math subject and 30 Science questions of Science subject) and 60 questions in “Social Studies” subject will be asked according to the syllabus of the said subject.

6. The criteria for the multiple-choice questions will be based on the academic session 2019-20 syllabus prescribed by the state government for classes 6 to 8. But the difficulty level of the questions will be up to Senior Secondary (Class 12). 

6. The medium of the language of the question paper (except language subjects) will be bilingual in Hindi & English.
