Introduction :
My name is Saurabh Sisodia. I have done B.Tech in Electronics branch. I have cleared IBPS Clerk 2016 exam.I was in the first year of my engineering in 2011, when I, for the first time, decided to take an IBPS exam. I secured 170 marks out of 200 and went for the interview. At that time the eligibility criteria was 10+2 only. As I was an undergraduate they told me to go back and complete my engineering. I tried to convince them but they decided to prefer MBAs over undergraduates. I would lie if I told you that I did not feel bad. After almost 6 months of sadness, I composed myself again and thought that instead of taking this as a rejection I should take it as a challenge and started preparing again.
Exams which I took :
After completing my Btech in 2015 I appeared for the following exam -- IBPS Clerk 2015 Pre cleared, could not attempt mains due to ill health.
- IBPS PO 2015 Failed Prelims
- SBI PO 2016 Failed prelims
- SBI Clerk 2016 cleared pre, Failed Mains

My Journey to success :
These 2 years had been very much discouraging to me but I never lost hope and kept on pushing. Even though my parents were very much impatient and were always in stress especially my mother and relatives kept on irritating by asking whether I secured a job or not yet, I never stopped.
In August 2016 I installed the app of Gradeup and I must say that was one of the best decisions of my life. The reason I like Gradeup is not only because it is a good platform to study but also because it is a community of students. You can share your success and also failure with your fellow students. You can interact with students here. People help each other out to solve the problems they are facing. Today, I personally like to read
- Daily Gk updates.
- Quick Look on Financial awareness
- Shape up of your vocabulary
- Quant daily quiz
Techniques to stay motivated :
" Life's battles does not always go the stronger or the faster man, but sooner or later the man who wins is the one who thinks he can"
Keep working very hard and stay relaxed in the assumption that you will be selected.
