Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) invites Management Trainees position for the qualified candidates in Management (Code 17) and Human Resource (Code 55) through UGC NET June 2019. The total number of vacancies is 10. These positions are applicable for the students who are going to appear for UGC NET June 2019 in Management (Code 17) and Human Resource (Code 55).

RINL Recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria

a. Management Trainee (HR)

• A candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (50% for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Only Full-time candidates) as well as in Post graduation degree or diploma like MBA/PG Degree & Diploma in Human Resource Management & Personnel Management, Labour Welfare & Social Work (with Human Resource as a main subject) from a recognized University/Institute.
• Maximum age limit (General candidates) - 27 years as of 01-03-2019.
• Upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 30 years.
• Upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 32 years.
• Upper age limit for PWD candidates is 37 years.

Note: In the case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be Human Resource Management.

b. Management Trainee (Marketing)

• A candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC (50% for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Only Full-time candidates) as well as in Post graduation degree or diploma like MBA/PG Degree & Diploma in Marketing Management from a recognized University/Institute.
• Maximum age limit (General candidates) - 27 years as of 01-03-2019.
• Upper age limit for OBC (NCL) candidates is 30 years.
• Upper age limit for SC/ST candidates is 32 years.
• Upper age limit for PWD candidates is 37 years.

Note: In the case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be Marketing Management.

Note: Final year students can apply if they produce Provisional Certificate by the time of Interview.

Selection Process

It is a two-stage process.

Stage I: Appear for UGC NET June 2019. Performance in written exam will decide the candidate's selection for Stage II.

Stage II: Interview conducted by RINL Management.

Salary

• The candidates that will be selected will be offered a Basic Pay of 20,600/- p.m. in the Pay Scale of 20,600-3%-46,500 (Pre-Revised). On successful completion of training that will of 1 year, the candidates may be placed in the Pay Scale of 24,900-3%- 50,500/- (Pre-Revised).
