Placement Process of IIT Roorkee

IIT Roorkee invites applications for its two-year full-time MBA post-graduate level course on 95 seats every year. Candidates interested in taking admission to this course should meet the eligibility requirements set by the institute.

Admission Process of IIT Roorkee

Applicants must have appeared for CAT and completed graduation or a professional equivalent from a university recognized by UGC in any discipline. IIT Roorkee Infrastructure and Facilities

The IIT Roorkee campus is situated in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and is spread over 356 acres of lush green land. The Department of Management Studies is a double-storeyed building with excellent infrastructure and facilities.

It has committee halls, spacious lecture rooms, syndicate halls, teaching aids, a computer laboratory, and a well-stocked library. The campus also has a mess, hostel, dining halls, railway reservation centre, post office, canteens, and banks. There are several sports facilities as well.

IIT Roorkee Hostel

The institute provides accommodation and dining facilities to MBA students, with an in-campus hostel available for boys and girls.

IIT Roorkee offers ten boy hostels, three girl’s hostels, six married hostels, and one co-ed hostel to choose from. The institute follows a mixed hostel system where students from different branches and years reside together.

Some of the facilities of these hostels include a canteen, mess, gym, TV room, laundry room, LAN gaming, and indoor sports like carom, chess, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, etc. All the hostels are Wi-Fi enabled and equipped with cybercafés.
