[Re-Exam] IBPS RRB PO Analysis 2020, Shift 1 (31st December): The only shift of IBPS RRB Officer Scale-1 Re-Exam has been concluded now. The Re-Examination was scheduled to be conducted in single-shift for which approximately 89,000 candidates have registered. The Reporting time of IBPS RRB PO Re-exam was 8 AM. Students were allowed 45 minutes to attempt 80 questions in the exam.

IBPS RRB PO Prelims Re-Exam Analysis 2020: Difficulty Level & Exam Pattern

  • The overall difficulty level of the exam is easy to moderate.  This time Reasoning section and Quant section both were doable.
  • The pattern of the exam was the same as that of the IBPS RRB PO Prelims exam conducted in September 2020.
  • No major changes except in the difficulty level of the questions were introduced.
  • Candidates managed to attempt 65+ questions in the exam.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale 1 Reasoning Ability Prelims Exam Review 2020:

There are 40 questions in the reasoning ability section of IBPS RRB PO exam 2020. Most of the reasoning questions were from the topic puzzles and seating arrangement. Other topic asked in the exam were syllogism, alphabet test, direction sense, inequality etc. The overall level of Reasoning was easy to moderate.

1. Puzzles and Seating Arrangement: 23

  • .Circular Arrangement- 5 ques (4 facings inside and 4 facing outside)
  • Flat and Floor based- 6 ques 
  • Tabular Puzzle- 4 ques (7 people like the colour)
  • Scheduling puzzle- 5 ques (10 people born in 10 months)
  • Uncertain linear puzzle- 3 ques (facing north) ans was 17 people.

2. Syllogism: 4

  • Based on Latest Pattern
  • Three statements and 2 conclusions given.

3. Inequality: 5

  • Level: Easy
  • Standard type inequality was asked.

4. order & Ranking: 3

  • there were 7 people having a different number of fruits.
  • level: easy

5. Coding-Decoding: 1

  • single word coding based question.
  • level: easy

6. Miscellaneous: 4

  • the number was given: 954872 (operation- +1 in even digit, -2 in an odd digit, find out which digit comes twice.)
  • word IMPROVE was given, -1 consonant, +1 in a vowel, then arrange them alphabetically from left to right, which is fourth from the right?)
  • The CAREFUL word was given to make a meaningful word.
  • 6395718 number forward and backwards.

IBPS RRB PO Prelims Quantitative Aptitude Prelims Re-Exam Review 2020:

As per the aspirants who appeared in the examination, the level of the quantitative aptitude section of IBPS RRB PO Prelims was Easy to Moderate.

  • Two sets of DI were there
  • One was tabular in which salaries of 5 people given.
  • 6 questions were asked based on tabular DI.
  • Other DI was on Line Graph
  • It was of Moderate level.
  • 5 months Given (Jan- May) Number of people visiting Malls given.
  • 6 questions were asked on Line Graph

2. Missing Number Series: 6

  • Level: Easy 
  • Missing number series were asked.

3. Approximation: 6

  • 4 questions were easy
  • 1-2 questions was of Moderate level.
  • Based on BODMAS rule

4. Quadratic Equation: 6

  • Level: Easy 
  • Standard Type

4. Arithmetic Questions: 10

  • Level of the Questions: Easy to moderate
  • Question Types: In Arithmetic, questions were asked from the various arithmetic topics like Simple & Compound Interest, Profit & Loss, Time & Work, Partnership, Speed, time & distance, Percentages, Age-based problems, etc.
