IBPS RRB Expected Cutoff 2019 & 4th Shift Exam Analysis: The last shift of today's IBPS RRB PO (OFFICER SCALE 1) Prelims exam has been concluded now. The last shift of 4th August 2019 got over at 4:30 PM. The level of the examination was more or less along similar lines as the previous shifts. 

Reason section was a cakewalk and there were some major surprises in terms of the paper pattern as topics like syllogism approximation and simplification were not asked.

• The sequence of the sections- Reasoning Ability followed by Quantitative Aptitude
• The difficulty level of sections - Moderate
• The overall level- Moderate
• Reasoning Ability- Puzzles were easy to moderate and there were two possibilities coming out from the majority of the puzzles.
• Quantitative Aptitude- few of the questions in Data Interpretations were calculative

The overall level of the section: Moderate

1. Puzzles and Seating arrangements

• Number of Questions: 20
• Level: moderate
• Topic Details: Bar graph and tabular DI; Caselet DI

         a) A circular arrangement of 8 persons was given

         b) A linear arrangement of 8 persons was given, some facing north and sone facing south

         c) Weights of 6 persons were given and they were to be arranged

         d) A scheduling based puzzle of 4 months was asked

2. Syllogism

• Number of Questions: 5
• Level: Easy to moderate
• Topic Details: Only a few, a few cases were asked

3. Coding-Decoding-

• Number of Questions:  3
• Level: Easy to moderate
• Topic Details: Chinese type coding-decoding was asked

4. Direction sense-

• Number of Questions:  4
• Level: Easy to moderate
• Topic Details: Old pattern questions were asked

5. Blood relation-

• Number of Questions:  3
• Level: Easy to moderate
• Topic Details: Relations between a family were given and questions were based on it

6. Miscellaneous-

• Number of Questions:  5
• Level: Easy to moderate
• Topic Details: Questions based on words and numbers were asked
