ETPBS Full Form
The full form of ETBPS is the Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballot System. It allows service voters to cast their vote electronically from their preferred location, which is outside their originally assigned voting constituency. It provides an easier option for facilitating voting by the electors.
The individuals working in embassies outside the country and in the central forces under the arms act are known as service voters. It is formulated by the Election Commission of India with the assistance of the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).

It has two security layers namely OTP and PIN. OTP is required to download encrypted electronically transmitted postal ballot files whereas a PIN is necessary for decrypting, printing, and delivering ETPB.
