 3Word: Slack (निष्क्रिय/मन्द)

  • Pronunciation: slak/स्लैक
  • Part of Speech: Adjective, Adverb, Noun
  • Meaning:
    a. not tight, taut, firm, or tense; loose (Adjective)
    b. negligent; careless; remiss (Adjective)
    c. in a slack manner (Adverb)
    d. a slack condition or part (Noun)
    e. the part of a rope, sail, or the like, that hangs loose, without strain upon it (Noun)
    f. a decrease in activity, as in business or work (Noun)

  • Antonyms: irrelevant, unrelatable, inappropriate

5. Assault (आक्रमण करना)

  • Pronunciation: uh-sawlt/असॉल्ट
  • Part of Speech: Noun, Verb
  • Meaning:
    a. a violent attack (Noun)
    b. to make an assault upon; attack; assail (Verb)
  • Synonyms: attack, strike, assail, charge

6. Word: Verdict (विचार-फल)

7. Word: Definitive (निर्णायक)

  • Pronunciation: dih-fin-i-tiv/ डिफिनिटिव
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning
    a. (of a conclusion or agreement) done or reached decisively and with authority.
    b. (of a book or other text) the most authoritative of its kind.
  • Synonyms: conclusive, final, ultimate; decisive, unconditional,
  • Antonyms: doubtful, inconclusive, ambiguous
  • Usage in a Sentence: The definitive version of the text is ready to be published.

8. Word: Resilient (प्रत्यास्थी)

  • Pronunciation: ri-zil-yuhnt/ रिज़िल्यन्ट
  • Part of Speech: Adjective
  • Meaning: (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
  • Synonyms: strong, flexible, stiff
  • Antonyms: fragile, brittle, breakable
  • Usage in a sentence: The company proved remarkably resilient during the recession.

9. Word: Emanate (उत्पन्न होना)

  • Pronunciation: em-uh-neyt/ एमनेट
  • Part of Speech: Verb
  • Meaning: (of a feeling, quality, or sensation) issue or spread out from (a source).

  • Antonyms: absorb, withdraw
