  • Meaning:
    a. very unusual or of very high quality and therefore impossible to copy
  • Synonyms: incomparable, peerless, unparalleled, matchless
  • Antonyms: common, matchable, commonplace

7. Word: Portent (पूर्वसूचना)

  • Pronunciation: pawr-tent/पोर्टेन्ट 
  • Part of Speech: Noun
  • Meaning: 
    a. a sign or warning that a momentous or calamitous event is likely to happen.
    b. an exceptional or wonderful person or thing.
  • Synonyms: prognostic, premonition
  • Antonyms: expectation

8. Word: Jettison (फेंक देना)

  • Pronunciation: jet-uh-suh ning/जेट्टिसोनिंग
  • Part of Speech: Verb, Noun
  • Meaning:
    a. to cast (goods) overboard in order to lighten a vessel or aircraft or to improve its stability in an emergency (verb)
    b. to throw off (something) as an obstacle or burden; discard (verb)
