Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) invites online applications from young and dynamic graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Chemical Engineering and HR & Finance Professionals for the post of Executive Trainee. Eligibility Criteria for BHEL Recruitment 2019 without GATE

Educational Qualification

Candidates should be in a position to produce their Degree/Final year marks sheets at the time of Interview, whichever is earlier.

Engineer Trainee (Mechanical/ Electrical/Civil/ Chemical)	Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five years integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the required disciplines
Executive Trainee (HR)	Full-time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University with atleast 60% marks in aggregate in all years with Two years full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare or HRM with minimum 55% marks in aggregate
Executive Trainee (Finance)	Full-time regular Bachelor’s degree with Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants

Selection Procedure

Interested candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination.
Based on the Examination Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Interview in order of merit in the ratio of 1:7 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and Category.
All the candidates obtaining the same cut-off marks in respective groups shall also be called for interviews.

Training & Emoluments

During the training of one year, candidates will be paid basic pay of ₹ 50,000 in the scale of pay of ₹ 50,000-1,60,000
After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives in the scale of pay of ₹ 60,000-1,80,000 with basic pay of ₹ 60,000
The approximate CTC is ₹ 12.0 Lakhs per annum for ETs

For SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates: Processing Fees of ₹ 300+GST
