Cases under Civil Law
A civil case is formed when one person or party claims to be harmed by another party in various ways, depending on which it is put under a specific category of civil cases. Civil cases come under four categories which are as follows:
The word 'tort' means 'torture', which directly implies these types of cases are related to the personal injury caused to someone by another person with respect to emotions, dignity, property issues, or others.
Breach of Contract Claims
The cases under this category are certainly related to issues where a contract has been breached, or the terms of conditions have not been followed as promised.
These cases are related to obtaining a restraining order against another party when an action needs to be restricted or stopped.
These cases are related to the disputes arising out of disagreements between the landlord and the tenant.
