On Monday, nearly 4,800 elected MLAs and MPs voted to elect India’s 15th President. The polls were open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the parliament building and state legislative assemblies. According to Election Commission of India data, 100% of MLAs voted in Karnataka, MP, Manipur, Mizoram, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Puducherry, Sikkim, and Tamil Nadu.
