The primary teacher has many responsibilities some important responsibility as follows.

- To teach and educate the student’s full range of subject areas.
- Prepare Lesson plan & running extracurricular activities
- Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by his/her student

Grade pay: Rs. 4200
Basic pay: Rs. 9300+4200=13500
DA@90 % = Rs. 12150
HRA (in rural areas) = Rs. 1350
Gross Salary = Rs. 27000 (Approximate)
Note: – Primary teacher salary varies from the different place in the country because DA & HRA is can different in each state. In the time of the training primary teacher get training stipend is Rs 7300 in UP State.
