CTET 2023 Self-Declaration Form: CTET 2023 will be conducted on 20 August 2023 for both paper-1 and paper-2. The Central Board of Secondary Education introduced this Self-declaration form along with the CTET admit card. The candidates must have to fill out the Self-declaration form and have to bring this self-declaration form which is attached to their CTET admit card. What is CTET Self-Declaration Form?

CTET 2023 Self–declaration form is a part of the form which is printed on the first page of the CTET admit card. Self-declaration form is an undertaking that every candidate must sign which informs that you have NOT been identified as a potential carrier of the COVID-19 virus applicable. This step has been taken by the government to take the preventive steps against COVID 19 and the government wants to ensure that the exam is conducted smoothly without any discrepancy.

What does the CTET Self-Declaration Form Contain?

This year, along with their admit card, passport size photograph, and Valid Id proof, candidates will have to carry a self-declaration regarding their Corona-free health status. It asks some questions that the candidates must answer and sign on. The self-declaration form includes the following information:

  • Candidate Name
  • Roll No
  • Date of Exam
  • Exam Centre Name & Address
  • Signature of the candidate

How to Fill CTET 2023 Self-Declaration Form:

Candidates can check the given below steps to fill the self-declaration form:

  • Visit the official website of CTET.
  • Click on the given CTET admit card link
  • Enter your registration number and date of birth.
  • After entering detail click on the submit button.
  • You will get the self-declaration form along with the admit card.
  • Take a print of the admit card.
  • Fill in the necessary details which are mentioned above.

Documents to Carry along with CTET 2023 Admit card:

CTET 2023 admit card is an important certificate to attend the examination, you will not be entered to attend the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also need to carry all the necessary items in the transparent polybag. These items are:

  • Downloaded Admit Card
  • One Passport Size Photo
  • An original and valid ID proof (Pan Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Id Card)
  • BallPoint Pen (Blue/Black)
  • Sanitiser Transparent bottle (50ml)
  • Transparent Water Bottle (500ml)

Important points to Remember for CTET 2023 Admit card:

  1. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 120 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidates reporting at the examination center after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to take a seat in Paper-I and candidate reports after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to take a seat in Paper-II.
  2. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
  3. The candidate must show the Admit Card downloaded from CTET official website for admission within the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess a valid Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  4. A seat indicating roll number is going to be allocated to every candidate. Candidates should find and occupy their allocated seats only.
  5. Candidates must make sure that their Photograph and Signature is correctly mentioned on the admit card.

List of Items that Are Not Allowed in the CTET Examination Centre:

  • Books, notes, Bits of paper, Geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, pencil, scale, log table, message pad, eraser, cardboard.
  • Electronic devices such as a wristwatch, mobile phones, earphones/headphones, microphones, Bluetooth, pen drives, cameras.
  • Pager, Calculator, Debit/Credit Card, Electronic Pen/Scanners
  • Water Bottle, Food and Beverage (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic).

Note: It is mandatory to fill out this self-declaration, and every candidate will be required to take it along at the exam center.
