Hello friends,
My name is Ramya. First of all I thank god, my family and Gradeup for my success as SBI PO. I have completed my B.E CSE. I wanted a stable job so I went for banking exams.
The list of exams I wrote were:-
- IBPS PO Pre: lost by 1.5marks
- IBPS SO
- LVB PO.
- UIIC AAO
After that one day I came across this wonderful app. GRADEUP which has now become the key factor to my success. I applied for SBI clerk and PO and started preparing with the help of this app. I am good in maths and reasoning.
Now coming to the strategy I followed. I allotted each topic in aptitude for a day and studied. I followed fast track mathematics by rajesh verma for some shortcuts. Then analytical reasoning by M. K PANDEY, ENGLISH by S. P BAKSHI. All these books I came to know through GradeUp.
I was weak at English. I am good at talking in English but coming to grammar I was very poor. How poor u know. I didn't even know furniture doesn’t have a plural form. But by continuous practice I learnt basics. I completely followed GradeUp notes for English and GK. Also I hated GK from school time itself. But by following daily GK update I used to note it down in diary and revise all the 6 days GK on Sundays.
Why I am telling this all is. Even I was weak once in these areas but I managed to come out well through hardwork. I used to write 2 mock test daily for prelims and 1 for mains daily. I dint go for any coaching center. It is a myth that if we go to coaching center we will get a job for sure. They are all our guides only. It is us who travel in our journey. Motivation should be with in us not always we should be driven by others.
Believe in yourself. I learnt from my failures.
- If u fail try to find what went wrong and try not to repeat in future.
Never give up. I had read many success stories.
- I always wanted to create one. Now I can. U can also create one day.
P.S. ---->> I have a 10 months old baby. Despite that if I can find time and succeed definitely you people can.
Success doesn’t come studying 10 or 12 hrs a day. For the time u spend be dedicated and sincere.
