This article admires the decision of Central Government to put unruly air passengers on a no-fly list ranging from three months to a lifetime, depending on the seriousness of the offence, and says that it may be a strict decision but it is commendable.

Meaning -
 angry or resentful due to unjust treatment
Synonyms - resentful, distressed/disturbed, angry.

Meaning - a mood associated with intense worry and unhappiness

Antonyms - comfort, calmness, ease
Example -  As the economy continues to worsen, many of the nation’s citizens feel angst about their financial troubles.

4) Evade (verb)  (बचना ) - e-vade
Meaning -
to escape or avoid something

Antonyms -   accept, face, embrace
Example -
People tend to evade direct eye contact when they are lying.

5) Grudging (adjective) (अनिच्छा से) - gruhj-ing
Meaning - 
in a manner expressing lack of desire
Synonyms- reluctant, unwilling, disinclined.
Antonyms -desirous, generous, willing
Example - The candidate grudgingly accepted second place in the competition.

5) Entitlement (noun)  (पात्रता) - en-tahy-tl-ment
Meaning -
 the right to a privilege or benefit
Synonyms-  privilege, right, licence/grant.
Antonyms - restriction, prohibition 
Example - Successful applicants will be able to build up entitlement to many benefits such as concessionary loans and scholarships.

6)Quantum (adjective) (मात्रा): strin-jent
Meaning - 
 The smallest amount of something, specifically energy
Synonyms - measure, amount, part
Antonyms -
total, whole
Example - Although he tried to put away his memories of the past, a quantum few resurfaced when he saw his sister.

7)Unruly (adjective) (अनियंत्रित) -  un-roo-lee
Meaning - 
disruptive behaviour that is wild and out of control
Synonyms -  disorderly, rowdy/wild, undisciplined.
Antonyms -  obedient, orderly 
Example -
An unruly crowd of protestors appeared in the roadway and became wild and out of control when they were asked to leave.

8)Deterrent (adjective) – (हतोत्साहित करने वाली चीज) -  de-ter-rent
Meaning - 
relating to something which is aimed/intended to deter (stop/prevent) something else , a thing that discourages someone from doing something
Synonyms -  
impediment, hindrance
Antonyms - incentive, encouragement
Example -
Because I am on a tight budget, I view the high price of the ticket as a deterrent to me attending the concert.

9)Hold out (phrasal verb) – (प्रतिरोध करना) 
Meaning - 
resist or survive in difficult circumstances.
Synonyms - 
withstand, endure, resist
Antonyms -
surrender
Example -
 Even after facing the severe accident, the man was still holding out.
