SBI Clerk Prelim 2016 Exam Analysis – 29th May (3rd Slot)

Dear Aspirants,

The second week of SBI Clerk Prelim Exam already starts from yesterday. The third slot of the exam was over at 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm. In this post we are sharing detail analysis of each section of the third slot held today.

Here is the detail analysis of each section of – 

I. English Language

Total 30 Qs (Level – Easy)

(i) Reading Comprehension – 10 Qs (Easy)

Story based – king and clever tortoise

(ii) Cloze Test – 5 Questions  – Easy  

Story based – Tom and the voice

(iii) Spelling Mistakes  – 5 Questions (Easy) 

Misspelt words-
1. durring - during
2. mane -main
3. meazure - measure
4. situasion - situation

(iv) Spotting Error – 5 Questions (Easy) 

(v) Parajumbles – 5 Questions – (easy)

Story based - shiva and rajan story

 

II. Numerical Ability 

Total 35 Qs (Level – Easy)

(i) Number Series – 5 Questions (Easy)

(ii) Simplification –  10 Questions (Easy)

(iii) Data Interpretation (1 Sets) – 5 Questions  (Easy)  (Table Graph)

(iv) Rest Miscellaneous Questions – 15 Questions (Moderate) 

Miscellaneous questions include – Age, Mixture Allegation, Partnership, Profit Loss, Average, Boats & Stream, Compound/Simple Interest, Time & Work, etc.

III. Reasoning Ability 

Total 35 Qs (Level – Easy)

(i) Inequality – 5 Questions  (Easy) direct Questions 

(ii) Sitting Arrangement (Circular) Sets – facing the centre – 5 Questions   (Easy) 8 people 

EFGHIJKL sit in circular table...There are 3 people between K and L. Two people  between G and H. Two people between L and H. J is second to the right of H. I is the immediate neihgbour of H. F is neither immediate to G nor K. 

(iii) Puzzle – 5 Questions (Easy) (Monday to Sunday based puzle)

(iv) Alphanumeric  Series – 5 Questions (Easy) 

(iv)  Coding Decoding  –  2 to 3  Questions  (Easy) 

(v) Number series – 5 Questions (Easy) For e.g. – 225,  326, 576,…

(vi) Rest Miscellaneous Questions – 5 Questions  (Easy) 

Note: Syllogism questions does not asked in the exam.
