Steps to Apply Online for NIACL AO Generalist 2023 exam

Only online applications for the NIACL AO exam are accepted. Candidates who want to take the NIACL AO 2023 exam should follow the instructions carefully. For those candidates who are willing to fill the application form itself, here are the steps to apply for NIACL AO Generalist 2023 exam.

• Visit the NIACL's official website, www.newindia.co.in/, and select "Apply online."
• “Click here for new registration” is the option.
• Fill in your name, contact information, and a valid email address.
• A temporary registration number and password will be produced and emailed to the phone number and email address you provide.
• Log in using the registration number and password you were given when you applied. Fill in the requested information and then click "Save and Next."
• Upload your photo and signature according to the notification's instructions.
• After you've double-checked the information, click "Final Submit" only after you've double-checked it.
• Go to the Payment Tab and fill out the form.
• Then press the Submit button.
• Print the completed Application form for future reference.

New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL): Application Fee

The online application link is not activated yet as the start date for online registration is 1st September and the last date is 21st September 2023. The procedure for completing the application form is the same as for other Bank Exams. 

NIACL AO Recruitment 2023 Notification: Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate must have a minimum qualification of a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government, with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examinations for General candidates and at least 55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates. As of 2023, the candidate must have a certificate proving that he or she has passed the qualifying examination.

Age Limit:

Administrative Officers (Generalists) are being sought by New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) (Scale-I) Minimum age to apply for these positions is 21 years old. As of 2023, the maximum age limit is 30 years.

NIACL AO Recruitment 2023 Prelims Exam Pattern

The NIACL AO Generalist 2023 Prelims exam will be based on objective-type questions. This exam consists of three sections which are given in the below table. The reasoning ability will be carrying 35 marks, quantitative aptitude also carries 35 marks. However, general English will contain 30 marks in NIACL AO Generalist 2023 exam. The total time duration of the exam is 1 hour.

NIACL AO Recruitment 2023 Mains Exam Pattern

The major stage of the examination is divided into two parts, namely an objective test and a descriptive test. The descriptive exam has a maximum score of 30 whereas the objective analysis has a maximum score of 200. The English language, reasoning ability, numeric aptitude, and general awareness are the four areas of the mains test.

Descriptive:

The NIACL AO Descriptive Test will last 30 minutes and will be worth 30 points. It will be an English Language Test involving letter and essay writing. The NIACL AO descriptive test will be conducted online and in English.

NIACL A Generalist 2023 Interview Round

For the final selection of candidates for the position of Administrative Officer, an interview process will be held. The online examination and interview process will have an 80:20 ratio.

NIACL A Generalist 2023 Salary Structure

On the scale of Rs. Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)- 62315, the NIACL AO Salary is Rs. 32,795/-. The selected candidate would be paid a monthly salary of around Rs 80,000/- (Metropolitan Centers) plus other benefits such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and so on.
