Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback.
• Hands-on experience required in product development, recipe formulations, and up-to-date information on ingredients and packaging materials.
• Detailed knowledge of FSSAI regulations and other packaging & food compliance bodies.
• Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research.
• Closely work with R&D, SCM and operation teams.
• Assist in thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms. Develop an intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research and consumer insights. Develop pricing strategy and profitability plans using product innovation.
• Lead strategic projects for the brand from time to time Experience & Education.
Experience & Education:
B.Tech in Food Technology/Diploma in food science.
• Minimum 5-8 years of NPD experience in FMCG or a similar Industry.
Functional Requirements:
• Strong logical and analytical skills; combined with a keen sense of Project management and in market execution.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding and experience in generating insights, understanding consumer behavior, and brand positioning and creative execution.
• Strong understanding of research techniques.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent English both spoken and written and local languages as applicable in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at building relationships with stakeholders.
• Extremely driven and ambitious.
