Me: I am Shreya Chanda an optimistic, enthusiastic keen-learner graduated in the year 2014 in chemistry from Sammilani Mahavidyalaya
M1: What is the function of a bank?
Me: Bank is a financial institution which accepts deposit from the public for the purpose of lending.
M2: What are the different types of deposits of a bank?
Me: Demand deposits and Term Deposits
M2: Which one is better from banker's point of view?
Me: Demand deposits
M2: Why?
Me: Interest is less on such accounts
M3: What is the monetary policy of RBI?
Me: It is the process by which the central bank controls the demand and supply of money in the economy
M3: Discuss the tools
Me: It is divided into two policies: Quantitative and Qualitative
M3: What are those?
Me: Cash Reserve Ratio, Statutory Liquidity Ratio, Bank Rate are the quantitative control and moral suasion, credit counseling.
M2 again: What is the problem the banks are facing nowadays?
Me: High level of NPA and low return on investments
M2: What is NPA?
Me: Nonperforming asset.Once an asset has ceased to generate income for the bank it is NPA
M3: Name the present Governor and previous Governor of RBI
Me: Dr. Raghuram Rajan -previous Governor and Dr.Urjit Patel- Present Governor
M4: What is NABARD? State its function
Me: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development(Firstly I told National agricultural bank for rural development out of nervousness).It refinances the rural sector.Explained refinance thoroughly

Me: Shri Amit Mitra
F1: Who is the Panchayat Minister?
Me: Sorry Sir I do not know that
M2: Where does the word Chemistry come from?
Me: Sorry Sir being a chemistry graduate I am supposed to know this. But at this moment I cannot recall.
M2: What are Vanderwaals forces?
Me: It is the intermolecular forces of attraction between molecules.
