IBPS RRB IV Interview started from this week. Many of you will appear in interview for Officer Scale I & Office Assistant post. Remember you have worked really hard to reach this stage and a right strategy will help you in achieving the final selection.
In Personal Interview, the panel members or jury will select only those candidates, who will show leadership skill, ability to handle pressure, good command over language and updated on current affairs, Banking & Financial awareness and important events.

Tips to Crack IBPS RRB IV Personal Interview:
(1) Personal interview takes place individually for all the candidates. They gauge your General Awareness, confidence level through the PI.
(2) Be confident in yourself and try to relax.
(3) Keep updated. Most of the questions that the panel members ask are from the current affairs especially from the banking sector.
(4) Start reading newspapers. Go thoroughly through the latest government policies, RBI guidelines and policies, about Regional Rural Banks.
(5) If you do not know the answer to a question, pass it straight away. Do not try to fool the panel members by beating around the bush and wasting time.
(6) Be prepared for questions pertaining to the how’s and whys of your basic qualifications, what made you enter the banking sector etc.
(7) Do not rush while speaking. Speak in a calm and composed manner so that you may not utter something inappropriate which you may regret later. Also remember to speak in a polite and respectful manner.
(8) Punctuality and presentation make a huge difference. Arrive on time and be dressed in formals.
