HSSC PGT Sanskrit Recruitment 2021: Important Dates

HSSC PGT Sanskrit Eligibility Criteria 2021

(i) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matriculation or Higher.

(ii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of the concerned subject.

(iii) M.A. Sanskrit/Acharya with at least 50% marks and B.Ed./Shiksha Shastri/Language Teachers Course (L.T.C.)/ Oriental Training (O.T.) in Sanskrit.

Age Limit:

The candidates must fall in the minimum and maximum age criteria suggested by the board. The age limit that is declared in the official notification is as follows.

Minimum age limit: 18 Year

Maximum age limit: 42 Year

The application fee for the candidates belonging to different categories is as follows:

HSSC PGT Selection Process 2021

The Postgraduate teachers will be selected based on two-tier selection criteria. The weight given to both the levels will be different and the candidate will have to qualify those terms to qualify for the test.

Written Examination: The 90 marks of written examination shall be divided into two parts comprising:- 

• 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable.
• 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. 

Socio-Economic criteria and experience: 

• If the candidate or any of the family member was or is a regular employee in any Government of Haryana/any other State Government/Government of India Department/Board/Corporation/Company/StatutoryBody/Commission/Authority. [5 Marks]
  
• Widow/first or the second child and his father(deceased before attaining the age of 42)/first or the second child and his father(deceased before applicant reached the age of 15 years) [5 Marks]
• If the candidates belong to a denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or a Nomadic tribe that does not come under SC/OBC.
• Experience - 05 marks for exceeding the experience by 6 months. N marks for less than 6 months of experience.
