Educational Qualification

1. Specialist Officer- Compliance (01)
- Post-Graduation Degree with specialisation in finance as full- time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
- In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs), passing the professional examination in a maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.
2. Specialist Officer - Information Technology (01)
- Graduation Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication and
- Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks in M.Sc./ M.Tech. in CS/ IT from recognized university/institute.
3. Specialist Officer - Human Resource (01)
- Post-Graduation Degree with specialisation in Human Resource as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
4. Specialist Officer - Law (01)
- Bachelor's Degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Post- Graduation qualifications will be an added advantage
5. Specialist Officer - Recovery (01)
- Post-Graduation Degree with specialisation in finance or Cost Accountant as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
- In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs) passing the professional examination in a maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.
- Finance and Legal background would be preferable.
6. Specialist Officer– Accounts & Taxation (01)
- Post-Graduation Degree with specialisation in finance or Cost Accountant as a full-time course from recognized Institute/ University with minimum 50% marks (or its equivalent).
- In the case of Chartered Accountants (CAs) passing the professional examination in a maximum of 2 attempts is sufficient.

Remuneration/Salary Details
The remuneration for the specialist officers on the contract basis would be in the range of 20 lakh to 50 lakh per annum. Where 70% would be fixed and 30% would be a variable component. Annual Increment of 10% will also be given based on satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Note: Remuneration will be given to the candidates based on the last salary slip and experience.
Contract Period
- The contract of engagement would initially be for a period of 2 years and maybe extendable by 1 year based on satisfactory performance and Bank’s requirement.
Application Fee
Application fee has to be submitted before the last date of applying. A demand draft in the name of the EXIM bank may be drawn and enclosed with the completed application.

Selection Process
There will be no online written examination. Selection will be done on shortlisting and interview. Shortlisting committee will evaluate the applications received and candidates will be called for the interview round. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final.
