  • Antonyms: ineffective, inefficient, feeble

  • Synonyms: dividing, splitting, disruptive, inharmonious
  • Antonym: unifying

I felt the speaker was rhetoric and trying to prove his point blatantly. He is piping up so that no one can wrong him. Most of the point was even not valid and efficacious. He seems to bugle to mark his dominance. But that didn't mitigate the apprehension instead brought the cohesion among the counterparts to revoke him.
