  • He succeeded Dr Marcus Pleyer, who served as the chief of the FATF.
  • He will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of global anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing measures.
  • He has a working experience in home ministry of Singapore and police force.

7. Bank deposit growth slows down in March 2022: RBI
