The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recruits Enforcement Officer (EO)/Account Officers (AO) in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labor & Employment, through this common entrance exam.

How UPSC EPFO Interview Marks are Calculated?

Under UPSC EPFO Interview, UR-50 marks, OBC-45 marks, SC/ST/PH-40 marks are minimum level suitability, whether the selection is made only by interview or by the Recruitment test followed by the interview out of the total marks of the interview being 100. The Commission also decides the minimum level of suitability in the case of RT on a case-to-case basis.

  • Candidates will have to achieve the minimum level of suitability both in RT and Interview in their respective categories.
  • There is a ratio of 75:25 for the Recruitment Test (RT) and Interview for the candidates shortlisted based on the Recruitment Test (RT) and qualify in the interview.
